#### 4. **Billing and Payment**
All payments for services must be made promptly. Skynet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts that fail to pay on time. Additional charges may apply for late payments, and services will not be reinstated until full payment is received.

#### 5. **Cancellations and Refunds**
You may cancel your services at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are only available under certain conditions and are provided at our discretion. Setup fees, domain registration fees, and other specific charges are non-refundable.

#### 6. **Prohibited Uses**
Customers are prohibited from using Skynet services for spamming, unsolicited advertising, hacking, or any activity that violates local, national, or international laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaging in such activities.

#### 7. **Indemnity**
You agree to indemnify and hold Skynet harmless from any legal claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including any damages, losses, or expenses incurred.

While Skynet takes measures to ensure data is backed up, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of your own data. Skynet is not liable for any loss of data under any circumstances.
